Green Day Sued by Artist for Copyright Infringement- John D. Luerssen (spinner.com)
With all the growing up Green Day have done over the years, it appears the trio still isn't familiar with copyright law. A Los Angeles artist has filed a lawsuit alleging that Billie Joe Armstrong and company have infringed on his copyright.
