Artist submission procedures

All artists agree to adhere to all aspects of the artist agreement prior to submitting audio files.

All submitted audio files must be in the MP3 format and properly tagged with the following:

  • Artist Name
  • Album Title
  • Year
  • Genre

Account creation instructions

To begin submitting your music to www.soundzabound.com, you must first create an account on the system. Please fill out the information below.

 

Enter either the artist name or band/act name
Desired user login name for soundzabound.com
Desired password for soundzabound.com
Retype password for data integrity verification
Enter a valid, working email address to which you have easy access for the purposes of receiving communications from soundzabound.com concerning your artist agreement or submissions
Enter line one of the mailing address of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR")
Enter line two of the mailing address of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR")
Enter the city of the mailing address of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR")
Enter the state of the mailing address of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR")
Select the country of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR")
Enter the zip code or mailing code of the mailing address of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR")
Enter a short biographical description of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR"). Note that this bio will be truncated in the volume sales page if it exceeds 260 characters
Enter the website URL of the artist or writer that is entering into this agreement (the "LICENSOR")
Upload a small GIF or JPG image which will be used as an avatar, or icon, for the artist or band in order to be eligible to be a Featured Artist of the Month on the Soundzabound.com home page. Maximum file size is 8388608 bytes. Ideally the image should be square and at least 200x200 pixels. Images of other dimensions will be resized.
