Media Permissions and Ethics - Superseding Copyright in the 21st Century
Over the years, much time and money have been wasted on debates over copyright and Fair Use, which have resulted in differences of opinion and out-of court settled lawsuits for schools and districts. At the same time, students have graduated to careers and higher education having not been trained on the simple and fun process of Media Permissions and Ethics, therefore bringing lawsuits against companies for whom they work and businesses they own.

JCP (The James Cobb Project)
The James Cobb Project (JCP) is an all-original smooth-jazz band. Beginning around 1986 he expanded into the field of audio engineering - both for himself and fellow musicians - which led to an additional career as a record producer/engineer at Real 2 Reel Studios in Jonesboro, GA. He has worked with many well-known artists and bands including rock legends Kansas and Collective Soul. Mr. Cobb's music has appeared in numerous films and DVD's including Disney's "The Country Bears" and the Jim Fleigner film "Rounding First". As a studio musician, he has played on countless recordings throughout the southeast.
