Media Permissions and Ethics - Superseding Copyright in the 21st Century
Media Permissions and Ethics -
Superseding Copyright in the 21st Century
Over the years, much time and money have been wasted on debates over copyright and Fair Use, which have resulted in differences of opinion and out-of court settled lawsuits for schools and districts. At the same time, students have graduated to careers and higher education having not been trained on the simple and fun process of Media Permissions and Ethics, therefore bringing lawsuits against companies for whom they work and businesses they own.
As a remedy to these problems, Soundzabound has developed an instructional program entitled, “Media Permissions and Ethics – Superseding Copyright in the 21st Century”. In the program, teachers, students and administrators learn how to grant and obtain rights to their multi-media projects and presentations that leads to copyright compliance, proper application and documentation of Fair Use, securing of branding rights and having a lot of fun in the process.
The program is proven to surpass copyright, fulfill Fair Use and stimulate the economy through technology.
Copyright laws and the Fair Use Guidelines are not changing, yet the speed of advancing technology is accelerating every day.
Rather than slowing down our educational process or allowing technology to get us into copyright trouble, Media Permissions and Ethics uses technology to conquer our problems of the past.
