You may not realize it, but Georgia is the birthplace of nearly every style of music to which you listen – especially rock and hip-hop. If it were not for artists such as James Brown, Otis Redding and Little Richard – all from the state of Georgia, then popular music as we know it would not exist. Staying true to their roots and and other Southern Rock bands such as Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Allman Brothers, J.D. Star is bringing the roots of Georgia Music into the modern age.
