Training for Special Needs Students on January 27th

Special Needs 11th Graders at Ola High School in Ola, Georgia (a suburb in South Metro Atlanta) are in for a real treat on January 27th.  Their teacher, Kathy Milburn has received a grant to use a podcast and technology workshop to help improve the reading and communication skills of her students.

Soundzabound Trainers Barry Starlin Britt, Lisa M. Scherer and Hal Fletcher will conduct a full-day workshop using podcast production, where the students will participate in writing scripts, preparing content and producing podcasts that will be published worldwide.

Student videographers and photographers from the Ola High School Media and Yearbook class will be on-hand documenting what is sure to be a historic event.
